last day of 2012

well Mason is all over the place still with sleeping schedule. the whole family has been sick with the sniffles and coughing - slowly getting better. about to get colder but no snow!

2012 Xmas

another christmas day passed and thankful to have family and friends. and a blanket of snow!! this year kaitlyn was good with unwrapping her gifts and sometimes throwing the paper away. she would then at times go on to the next gift to unwrap, like mason's. or if she is attracted to the gift, she would play with it - like noah's hot wheels. we got her a minnie golf set and she was set with playing with the clubs. swinging away at anything, even the xmas tree. legos block aunt bffy got her also kept her busy. mason received a bunch of toys and clothes. i'm sure by next year he'll be more at it. now on to kaitlyn's 2nd birthday planning!

preview of parties to come

so this weekend we had 3 kids' birthday parties - 1 yr, 3yr and 4yr old. kinda hectic with kaitlyn always running around and not staying near the bday celebrant. also doesn't help when it's near their nap times. haha.

well i finally got both rugrats for a holiday picture!! mason was in the crabby/restless stage in the evening when the pic was taken. more to come when xmas day comes and picture with santa.

Regression takeover or whatever is is

These past couple days/weeks since Mason has been born, Kaitlyn has been in regression mode - pacifier, wanting to be held, still holding the breast for comfort and sleep. however, she has been eating at her kid table, helping mama out a little with mason by picking up after herself - in a way (takes her awhile especially if watching tv). need to figure out how to get back out of this rut - hoping it's just another phase again now that Mason is around.

Never too late

Considering we're on the internet most of the time and seeing a friend's blog, why not create one about our babies for them to read sometime? Hope to capture as many unforgettable memories since mama's memory has dwindled from this past pregnancy and daddy's is off and on. lol.
